These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Payrollium ("we," "our," "us"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions
• "Service" refers to Payrollium, including its website, mobile application, and related services.
• "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses our Service.
• "Employer" refers to businesses or individuals who use Payrollium to process payroll.
• "Employee" refers to individuals whose payroll is managed through our Service.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Payrollium. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Payrollium reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
4. Use of the Service
• Employers may use Payrollium to calculate salaries, manage deductions, and process payments.
• Users must not misuse the Service for fraudulent activities or violate any applicable laws.
• Payrollium reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.
5. Fees and Payment
• Payrollium offers a subscription-based pricing model starting at ₦1,500 per employee per month.
• Payments are due monthly, and failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Paystack) to handle transactions.
6. Subscription Coverage
• Each subscription applies to a specific calendar month (e.g., February subscription covers February).
• Subscribers can process payroll for the subscribed month, even if the current date is in the following month.
• For example, a February subscription allows processing February's payroll in March.
7. Subscription Timing
• All subscriptions apply to the current month, regardless of the date of purchase.
• If you subscribe on or after the 15th, you still have access for that month but will need to renew for the next.
8. No Carryover Policy
• Payroll processing is limited to the subscribed month. To run payroll for a new month, a new subscription is required.
9. Payment Settlement and Fund Availability
• When you fund your Payrollium wallet, the deposited amount is processed through Paystack, which settles payments on the next business day. As a result, funds added to your wallet will only be available for payroll disbursement starting from the second day after the transaction.
• We recommend funding your wallet in advance to ensure timely salary payments to your employees.
• Payrollium is not responsible for any delays caused by payment settlement timelines imposed by Paystack or any other third-party payment processors.
10. Data Privacy
Your data is securely stored and processed per our Privacy Policy. Payrollium does not sell or share user data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with Payrollium are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our Service without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Payrollium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
13. Termination
• Payrollium reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
